Participation restrictions
- If you suddenly fall ill or develop a fever or other symptoms during the trip, you will be required to leave the group. In such cases, the travel fees will not be refunded. Please note that no refund will be provided under these circumstances.
- Visitors below junior high school age cannot purchase tickets alone. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Travelers under 18 years old must provide parental consent.
- Due to revisions in the Road Traffic Act, please ensure seat belts are fastened when riding. Because of the structural design of the seat belts, infants under 3 years old are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Please refrain from drinking alcohol or consuming strong-smelling food on board.
Requirement

- Includes one-day lift ticket for White Pia Takasu Ski Resort (IC card deposit JPY 500)
- If you wish to ski at Washigatake Ski Resort, you can exchange your ticket for a common pass valid at both ski resorts by paying an additional fee of JPY 500 for adults and JPY 500 for children at the ticket office.
- Rental of skis and snowboards: Smart rental: Reservations must be made through the dedicated website (free of charge)
- Weekday use: JPY 4,800 per adult, JPY 2,500 per adult, JPY 3,600 per child, JPY 1,500 per child

- Ski suit rental: Adult JPY 4,000 JPY 2,500, Child JPY 3,100 JPY 1,500

- Important Notes:
- Children's age for travel fares is "4 to 11 years old (elementary school age)".
- For children's categories in rentals, schools, and other fees, the classification is also "4 to 11 years old (elementary school age)" (4 years and above).
- If you wish to ski at Washigataka Ski Resort, you can exchange your ticket for a common pass valid at both ski resorts at the ticket office for ¥500 per adult and ¥500 per child.
- If the ski slope (single lift 1000m) is operational due to snow conditions, tourist activities will be conducted. *Expected to open on November 21 (Friday).
- Upon arrival at the ski resort, please use the coin-operated luggage lockers (fee required) available in the ski resort facilities to store your baggage.
- The number of bus stops at Nagoya Station is limited. If there are many passengers, you may be asked to wait. Please note that in such cases, the bus departure time will be 10-20 min later than the scheduled departure time at Nagoya Station.
- The departure and arrival times listed in the itinerary are estimated times. Actual times may change temporarily due to weather and road conditions.
- On the day of the activity, the seats on the bus will be marked with the representative's last name on the seating chart inside the vehicle. Please check the last name and take your assigned seat.
- There is no accompanying staff on the bus. Please follow the instructions of the bus attendant and conductor while the bus is in operation.
- Due to road conditions, weather, or other unavoidable reasons, arrival and departure times may be delayed. In case of late returns requiring taxi services or overnight stays, the company will not be liable for any claims.
- The handling of luggage during boarding and alighting is a service provided solely by the bus driver and staff. In the event of theft, loss, misplacement of luggage at the departure point, rest stop, or arrival point, as well as any mix-up of luggage between passengers, the activity supplier will not be held responsible for luggage storage and management. Please take care of your belongings at all times.
- Availability is not guaranteed for any rental items in this activity. During peak seasons such as year-end holidays, consecutive holidays, weekends, and holiday periods, renting skis and sets may take longer, so we recommend bringing your own equipment. If the required size (skis or set) is unavailable for rental on the day of travel, the travel fee will not be refunded.
- Due to limited space in the tourist bus luggage compartment, we regret that we cannot accept large baggage with total dimensions (length + width + height) exceeding 150 cm or snow scooters.
