The agent is attentive and fast to response! We have booked our trip one day before and they arranged drivers fast. The day was raining cats and dogs but drivers were very experienced, they tolerated the delay and drive us safely to the destination. We are a group of 6, with elderly and new born, felt comfortable to drive with them.★

Very convenient journey, I would highly recommend. We took this ferry from Macau to Hong Kong on a weekday morning and it was not busy at all. There was space for luggage, but it might get tight if there are more people.
