It’s a great trip~ though the weather was cloudy and slight rainfall when we went to Dujiangyan so I will go another time for a better view. The guide is friendly, we covered many places for Dujiangyan part. English guided recordings was provided for me during Sanxingdui Museum. Dujiangyan is by the Chinese-speaking guide. Personally, this package is rare and glad to cover the last two places I want to explore in Chengdu. On another note, please note that at my time, I would need to chip another CNY135 for lunch which is hearty and delicious and for the sightseeing cars etc. Overall, it’s a wonderful experience for me. It would be nice if more English speaking guides for Dujiangyan as it’s amazing to see how the human intervention could lead to control the water flow to prevent floods and droughts and to ensure sufficient irrigation throughout the plains.★

Today I joined a tour to the Panda Base and Sanxingdui, and I'm especially grateful to our guide, Mr. Sun! In the morning at the Panda Base, Mr. Sun's explanations were incredibly engaging 🐼. He not only described the pandas' habits and interesting facts in a vivid and interesting way, but also thoughtfully reminded everyone to watch their step and not miss any sights. The pace was comfortable and not rushed at all. The afternoon's visit to Sanxingdui was also well-planned. Overall, a very pleasant experience 💯. I would definitely hire Mr. Sun again next time I'm in Chengdu. He's dedicated, responsible, and warm—a five-star recommendation! 👍★

Today, I took my two elderly parents on a tour of Sanxingdui, and it was a very comfortable experience. The driver was punctual and reliable. A big thank you to our guide, Shanshan, whose professional and detailed explanations covered everything from the site's excavation and the background of the artifacts to the lineage of the Shu kings and national treasures. Her explanations were clear, easy to understand, and engaging, not only helping us learn about the ancient Shu civilization but also sparking our interest in the history of the Shang Dynasty.
