Overall, it was alright, except the English-speaking driver's English was quite poor. Also, specifying a tip of $5 per person as a reward when explaining the itinerary was disrespectful to the guests. I suggest canceling this and replacing it with a tip as encouragement if satisfied.

We were so lucky to see a huge group of dolphins 🐬, and we even swam with them three times! Thanks to our professional captains JieJie and Jason, who were incredibly nice and funny. Tianya Haijiao, Dalang Bay, and Natural Bridge are all great spots for taking photos. The only downside was the sugarcane fields on the way to Natural Bridge, which were a bit difficult to navigate. Our Chinese-speaking guide, Ying Na, was very patient and kind. Five stars!

We saw many surfers at Big Wave Bay; there's no beach there, the sand has all been washed away by the waves. Near Big Wave Bay is also a small island called Tianya Haijiao (End of the Earth), where many Chinese tourists were taking photos. The wind at the top is very strong; I wouldn't recommend it for those with small bodies, as they might be blown away. The stairs are very narrow, barely wide enough for two people to pass. The Crocodile Park was great; although the crocodiles were all sleeping, there was an area with many giant tortoises that you could get close to, and children could ride them. The souvenir shop at the entrance sold crocodile skin products. The only downside to the trip was being dropped off at the airport around 5 PM, as my flight to Shanghai was with Air Mauritius, and check-in wasn't until 7 PM. You can print your boarding pass directly from the self-service machines at the airport, and then drop off your luggage at the designated counter, saving you queuing time. If you want to exchange money, you can only do so before going through customs. After customs, there's a VIP lounge at gate 28, and other shops. To the left, there's a jewelry and watch shop, and to the right, there are souvenir shops.

We were lucky; it had been raining for the past few days, but the weather was great today. The Seven Coloured Earth looked beautiful; it wouldn't have been as scenic if it had rained. We had the whole park to ourselves with our four-wheel drive vehicles, which was quite a challenge, but we got to experience it. The bird park didn't actually have many animals; its main feature was its open, natural environment. It was a bit of a shame we didn't get to eat at the hilltop restaurant.

My experience with a private car hire in Mauritius was excellent. The driver was responsible, skilled, knowledgeable about the routes and attractions, and easy to communicate with. The itinerary was well-planned, and he provided helpful tips and suggestions beforehand, which made for a very pleasant day trip! I highly recommend their day tours!
