Adult: 13–80 years old
Child: 7–12 years old
Children must be at least 7 years old and taller than 120 cm to see the view outside the basket, and must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older). Please also note that the noise from the burners may frighten younger children.

[Travel] Hot air balloon rides usually take place before sunrise, which is quite early, so please be prepared for your trip.

Due to the nature of the activity, it is not recommended for individuals with limited mobility, wheelchair users, those with medical conditions (such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), and seniors.
