How to use
Standard Ticket (Superior, A, B, C)
Present your electronic confirmation and valid ID at the concert box office one hour before the performance to collect your admission ticket. Box office address: Musikvereinspl. 1, 1010 Wien
VIP Ticket
No need to pick up tickets yourself. Please arrive at OPUS Restaurant before your meal time and present either a printed or electronic confirmation along with a valid ID to the staff for entry. You will then be able to dine and receive your concert admission ticket.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 25% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
1. Performance time: 20:15–22:00, with a 15-min intermission. Please arrive half an hour in advance. Elegant attire is recommended.
2. When booking for multiple passengers, we will make every effort to assign adjacent seats together, though this cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to the seat numbers on your final ticket.
3. Children under 5 years old are not admitted to the concert.
4. The use of electronic devices such as cameras, mobile phones, and tablets for photography or videography is strictly prohibited throughout the entire performance.
5. It is recommended to wear elegant evening attire or formal wear. Slippers and shorts are strictly prohibited.
6. Bringing any food or beverages into the concert hall is prohibited.
