For loss or damage attributable to the carrier, Article 2 of Law No. 450/1985 applies, stipulating compensation of €6.20 per kg with a maximum limit of €123.29 per piece of baggage. Claims for lost or damaged baggage must be made upon retrieval from the bus luggage compartment, otherwise they will be forfeited.
• Any items found on the bus are stored at the SIT s.r.1 headquarters at Viale Ostiense 256-00144, Rome. The return service is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
