The loss or damage of the luggage must be claimed at the time of its removal from the bus luggage compartment, otherwise it will be forfeited.
- Any items found on the bus are stored at the SIT s.r.1 headquarters, located at Viale Ostiense 256-00144, Rome. The lost and found service is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm.
