Reviews: Mt. Fuji & Hakone & Enoshima Day Trip: Pirate Ship, Ropeway & Coastal Views

Our tour guide, Kiki, was incredibly thoughtful! She could switch fluently between Chinese and English, ensuring that every tourist could understand her explanations. She would also proactively share useful tips, such as the best spots for taking photos. For someone like me who doesn't drive, having a direct bus was so convenient; I didn't have to worry about transportation at all!

Very good, the guide was very entertaining. They gave us papers and a map so we knew where we were going and what we were going to see. At lunchtime, she recommended places or told us where we could go for a walk. First, she guided us, and then she gave us free time. Everything was great.

This was a very interesting tour. My driver, David, was excellent. He knew the areas we visited well and had a great sense of humor. A very enjoyable day.

This trip to Kamakura was incredibly enjoyable, and I was so lucky to have such an excellent male tour guide, Zhan Jie! His explanations were highly professional; he explained everything from the history and culture to the local specialties clearly and vividly, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of this charming little city. The itinerary was well-planned and also took into account the pace and feelings of each group member, making the entire trip very reassuring. Five stars! I wholeheartedly recommend tour guide Zhan Jie!

Reviews: Kamakura Youth Memories + Enoshima + Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Night View Day Tour Including Enoden Experience

Unfortunately, our departure was delayed by more than 45 minutes due to a traffic accident, but thankfully the local guide managed to catch up with the schedule once we were on the road. Our guide, Peter, deserves a special mention. He’s an excellent storyteller, with strong bilingual skills in both Mandarin and English. His commentary was informative, entertaining, and really brought each stop to life. That said, the traffic congestion throughout the day caused us to miss out on fully enjoying some key highlights. We couldn’t explore the Red Brick Warehouse since it closed at 7:00 PM, and we were also disappointed to miss the Ramen Museum, which closed at 6:00 PM. By the time we reached Yokohama, most attractions were already shut. Luckily, we still managed to catch the return cable car ride, which was a nice way to wrap up the day.
