▲ Adjacent to the ancient Wudang Mountain to the east, Jingniang Lake to the south, Qibugou Scenic Area to the west, and Changshou Village to the north, it is approximately 40 km from Wu'an city center and 70 km from Handan city center, with Provincial Highway S202 nearby. Named for its location on the eastern foothills of the Taihang Mountains, it was developed by Zhongjingxin Group and features a breathtaking glass walkway built on cliffs at an altitude of 1,000 meters, hailed as a man-made marvel of the Taihang Mountains. The planned total area covers 26 square kilometers, with the highest peak reaching 1,428 meters. Like the Grand Canyon in the United States, it belongs to the Danxia landform.

▲ The East Taihang Scenic Area is a mountainous natural attraction that combines the grandeur, wonder, danger, and steepness of the Taihang Mountains with exquisite rocks, sea of clouds, tranquility, and ever-changing scenery. Historically, the famous 129th Division and many veteran revolutionaries were stationed, fought, and lived here. In January 2021, it was designated as a demonstration site for smart attractions in Hebei Province.

▲ Perched on sheer cliffs over 1,000 meters above sea level, this winding ridge-top walkway resembles a soaring dragon. Featuring glass-bottomed sections, stone pathways, and observation decks, it will become the longest ridge trail in northern China upon completion. Once open, visitors can ascend the walkway to experience the mountains' grandeur up close. Due to its elevation, mist often rises from the valleys after rain, creating a sea of clouds that engulfs the trail. Walking here feels like treading on clouds, earning it the poetic name "Cloudwalk Skyway" for its breathtaking beauty.

▲ As early as 2.8 billion years ago, the Taihang Mountain region was submerged by seawater, depositing thick layers of clastic rocks, iron-bearing siliceous rocks, and carbonate strata. Influenced by the Wutai and Lüliang movements, the ancient strata in the area were extensively folded and metamorphosed, accompanied by faulting and the intrusion of quartz veins.

▲ The East Taihang Scenic Area boasts abundant tourism resources, primarily characterized by its quartz sandstone peak forest landscape. It features perilous cliffs, spectacular rock formations, majestic mountains, and breathtaking scenery. The peaks and summit rocks take on countless shapes, resembling animals, mythical creatures, and human figures.
