The tour guide Chloe is really professional and we learnt a lot from her as she told the history of South Korea and she is really flexible to arrange the itinerary due to slight rain that might affect the sightseeing well done .. we love her jokes .. excellent service
Reviews: Seoul: DMZ Tour with Optional Suspension Bridge

Our guide Winnie was very informative, relatable and friendly. Communication was very good through out the whole experience, the sites were interesting and the value of the tour was fantastic. Winnie made the experience very special as she was patient with the travellers and always willing to help, whether it would be taking photos or give recommendations for products and local cuisine.
Reviews: DMZ Day Trip: Third Tunnel/Dora Observatory/Imjingak / Optional North Korean defector meet-up
Guest User2025-11-19
The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.
Reviews: DMZ tour south Korea from Seoul (NK experience hall, defector)
Guest User2026-01-26
It exceeded my expectations. Our guide, Kim, was very thorough. Not only did he explain each location on the tour, but he also gave a detailed historical explanation on the bus on the way there and handed out pamphlets in Japanese where appropriate, so I was able to gain a deeper understanding of the DMZ while sightseeing on site. The weather was also nice, so we were able to enjoy a panoramic view from the observation deck, which was amazing!
Reviews: South Korea Demilitarized Zone, DMZ Tour from Seoul

Such a good tour. It covers the whole DMZ experience, and it’s actually the cheapest one I found. They take you to each of the main touristic points: - Imjingak Park (Freedom Bridge, old locomotive, ~1 hour) - Gamaksan Red Suspension Bridge (~1 hour) - Dora Observatory (1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, theater, ~1 hour) - The 3rd tunnel (includes entry and a short video, ~1 hour) - Fast stop at a convenience store in Unification Village (~15 minutes) The main highlight: the tourist guide, in our case Kenny :), gives you the whole context of the Korean conflict and the DMZ. He took every on-bus trip to give very interesting facts. Do not hesitate to take the trip!
