5. This product is a private charter service. To ensure a good travel experience, please arrange the visiting time for attractions in advance or purchase the admission tickets for the attractions beforehand!
6. According to the explicit regulations of Mainland customs, passengers must exit the vehicle with all their luggage for customs inspection. Drivers are not permitted to retrieve or store luggage on behalf of passengers. Our company strictly adheres to the "China Customs Regulations on Carrying Items In and Out of the Country" and prohibits smuggling. If passengers carry items exceeding customs restrictions that require declaration, the driver may provide reasonable suggestions. However, the driver reserves the right to refuse service for forced carriage, and our company assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.
7. Hong Kong prohibits pregnant women from the mainland from entering. If there are pregnant passengers, the buyer must clearly inform us when placing the order. Otherwise, the buyer shall bear all responsibilities in case of being stopped at customs or other situations.
According to Hong Kong regulations: Non-Hong Kong residents who are more than 7 months pregnant are not allowed to enter, while those who are 6 months pregnant or less must provide a doctor's certificate confirming their fitness to travel.
The above are the regulations set by the Hong Kong government. We are just the transport team, and whether entry is permitted ultimately depends on Hong Kong immigration.
1. If Hong Kong immigration denies entry and the ride ends at the port, the full fare will be charged.
2. If returning to the point of departure, an additional return car fee will be charged
3. If the entry qualification review for pregnant women by the Hong Kong Department of Health or immigration inspection exceeds 30 minutes, an additional waiting fee of HKD 200 per hour will be charged, with any duration less than one hour counted as a full hour.
8. Wait time policy:
Airport pick-up bookings include a free waiting time of 60 minutes, while Hong Kong airport pick-up bookings include 90 minutes of free waiting (starting from the flight's actual arrival time by default). Other trip bookings include 30 minutes of free waiting. Please arrange your pick-up/drop-off time according to your schedule!
9. Force majeure factors during travel include: traffic congestion, traffic accidents, vehicle breakdowns, routine customs vehicle inspections, natural disasters, war, etc. The shop shall not bear any responsibility or losses arising from these circumstances.
10. If the passenger is unable to use the vehicle as planned due to personal reasons (such as incomplete or expired ID, carrying prohibited items handled by customs, overdue service, or voluntarily abandoning the car rental service), the passenger shall bear full responsibility. The store reserves the right to cancel the booking without liability and charge the full rental fee.
11. Travelers, please take all your baggage when getting off for customs clearance. The driver cannot assist with customs declaration or baggage storage. The self-clearance process typically takes about 15 min (subject to actual port conditions).
Children under 12.3 years old or seniors over 65 years old can use the courtesy special channel at the port for faster clearance.
13. Passengers will be fully responsible if they are unable to use the car as planned due to their own reasons (including expired or incomplete IDs, carrying prohibited items, customs detention, overdue, or abandonment of car service). The store has the right to cancel the booking without liability and charge the full car fee.
14. Before your trip, please ensure you have obtained the necessary ID. If you are traveling abroad with a Chinese mainland passport/Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, you must print out your flight ticket itinerary or download it to your mobile device to carry through customs.
