This tour was amazing from start to finish. Monica our tour guide was full of knowledge and such a lovely lady interacting with us all. We felt very safe with the coach driver too. At the end of the tour she even recommended how to spend the evening. We took her advice and went for dinner to the Navigli canals she told us what metro to catch and where to get off. ★

The trip was absolutely beautiful and an unforgettable experience. Everything was very well organized, and the atmosphere throughout the journey was pleasant and relaxing. I truly enjoyed every moment and made the most of everything I saw and experienced. The most impressive part was, without a doubt, the driver, Manuela. She showed outstanding professionalism, confidence, calmness, and great attention to the passengers. It’s clear that she does her job with responsibility and dedication. This Italy–Bernina–St. Moritz one-day tour was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. Everything was very well organized. The guide was excellent — spoke clearly, easy to understand for international travelers, always friendly, smiling, and very service-minded.
A special highlight was that the guide arranged and reserved a full train carriage exclusively for our group, making the journey comfortable and stress-free. Communication via WhatsApp was also very helpful, especially for foreign travelers who may have difficulty making local calls. It was reassuring in case of slight delays or trouble finding the meeting point, as the Italian train system can be a bit confusing.
The Bernina train ride itself was breathtaking, with stunning views of mountains, snow, lakes, and spectacular landscapes throughout the journey. Fellow travelers were lovely, creating a great atmosphere.
