Reviews: Bologna: Pasta Cooking Class, Ragu, Spritz, Wine & Gelato

Did a couple cooking classes with GYG in travels throughout Italy and eaxh was worthwhile; however, this class in Bologna was exceptional. lovely spacious setting, engaging and patient instructor plus a gem of an assistant. Added bonus of the extras being donated to the church. Lots of good options and this one was a super pick!

We learned how to taste olive oil and wine and all the secrets to find a good product. The host was really friendly and explained us all the little details.
Reviews: Ferrari Museum, Lamborghini Pagani Museums & Factory+Lunch

We had a fantastic experience seeing Pagini, Ferrari and Lamborghini all in one day. The contrast between manufacturers and factories was fascinating. The guides at Pagini and Lamborghini were particularly good. We were chauffeured between sites in very comfortable people carriers. There was no way we could have done so much in one day without it. The lunch was amazing, we had some of the best pasta ever! The tour is well worth the price.

My husband and I really enjoyed all aspects of this tour. The Ferrari museum in Modena has a lot of historical information on Enzo Ferrari’s journey to make the most competitive racing car. Allow approx 1.5hrs as there is so much to see. If you are a big racing fan you may wish to include the driving experience. The cheese factory was so interesting and very informative on the process of making Parmesan cheese. We were also shown the milking cows and their calves. The balsamic vinegar tasting and lunch was next with plenty of food and the tasting was interactive. Finally the Lamborghini museum showcasing sport cars, a modern SUV and 4WD. Value for money and highly recommend!
