Reviews: From la Costa del Sol: One Day in Córdoba + Mezquita
Guest User2025-09-17
The Mezquita is truly beautiful. You can easily spend an hour wandering around here and it's still impressive. Codoba itself is nice, but not particularly special. We had the guided tour. We walked maybe 500 meters in an hour, and she kept talking. We'd long since given up listening. I personally wouldn't book this tour with a guide again next time. At the entrance to the Mezquita, you also get a brochure with all the information. If you wander around freely in Corona, you'll see much more than with a guide. I didn't think the tour was worth €105 per person, considering that the entrance fee to the Mezquita is less than €25 per person.
Reviews: From Seville: Day Trip to Gibraltar

Kathryn is an excellent guide - very personable and funny! Gibraltar is weird and wonderful, full of historical significance, and has excellent views. Seeing the Saint Michael caves was other-worldly - some of the best caves I've seen anywhere. And visiting with the macaques was really sweet (except probably not for the people whom the macaques jumped on - they'll literally hang out on your head and shoulders and pick your hair 🤣 so be mindful if you don't want that, and keep your distance!). Experiencing the border shut-down for a plane to land, and then the surge of workers and tourists crossing after the backup, was quite entertaining too. A really interesting and enjoyable excursion!

Had a delightful afternoon with Tommy, a Gibraltar-born and thoroughly charming fellow. The tour was relaxed, informative, fascinating and very friendly and fun. Tommy knows all of the history, is very informed re the incredible and mischievous monkeys, and was just so generous with us, discussing geography, building practices, local politics and more. We cannot recommend him highly enough. We made a friend, we feel and would rate him double the highest choice!

We had an amazing tour of Gibraltar with Dylan as our guide! As a third-generation local, Dylan brought a unique and personal perspective to the rich history of the city. His knowledge and passion made every stop along the way even more fascinating. He took us all the way to the top of the Rock for stunning views, guided us through the incredible St. Michael’s Cave, and led us through the historic tunnels. One of the highlights was getting to feed the famous monkeys—such a fun and memorable experience! The WWII tunnels were particularly captivating, and Dylan’s storytelling really brought the history to life. If you’re looking for a tour that’s both informative and unforgettable, Dylan is the perfect guide. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to experience Gibraltar!
