The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.

I used a 5G eSIM during my trip to Korea. It was reasonably priced and easy to set up. I was able to activate it immediately after arriving, and using maps and transportation apps was smooth. The connection speed was stable and I had no issues while sightseeing. I was also able to use TikTok on iOS without any issues. I feel safe using it for multiple days, and it's a service I'll definitely use again next time.

I usually use an unlimited eSIM with a number, but I purchased this for the first time for my two-day stay. I haven't used it in crowded situations like concerts, so I'm not sure, but I didn't have any problems with the signal for normal use. It's not suitable if you need a Korean phone number, but if you don't need a phone number, it's good value for money and I don't think you'll have any problems! I haven't used customer support, so I don't know.
