The entire trip was fantastic. The tour guide was very thoughtful; although the Chinese tours were full, I ended up on an English tour, but they still explained things to me in Chinese the whole way! The customer service was also very helpful; I asked my friend to book online, and they assisted us in joining the same tour group! In short, the trip was very enjoyable, and we had plenty of time to truly appreciate the sights. 😊😊

We had the pleasure of exploring with guide Nui and driver Nan, and they truly elevated our entire experience. Nui was simply amazing. His knowledge of the area's history, culture, and hidden gems was impressive. He shared fascinating stories and insights that brought each location to life. What really stood out was Nui's fun and engaging personality - he had us laughing and thoroughly enjoying every moment of our tour. Our driver, Nan, was equally fantastic. His extensive knowledge of the region meant he could provide additional context and information as we traveled. Nan's kind and patient demeanor made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our journey. Both Nui and Nan went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. Their expertise, professionalism, and genuine warmth made our trip truly special. If you have the opportunity to book a tour with this dynamic duo, don't hesitate - you won't be disappointed!

Booking was a bit tricky as there was no differentiation between the hiking and non hiking tour. We wanted the non hiking tour but paid for the hiking tour which had a difference in pricing. But that's fine. The tour bus came on time which is good . The guide gave a run down on the itinerary as we were travelling. We visited all the places and timing was good. The 2 waterfalls were spectacular and not hard to reach. The guide offered to take photos for us. Then there was the short walk up to the highest point in Thailand followed by a visit to a Karen tribe village and then lunch . After that was the twin pagoda which is well worth the visit. Unfortunately it was misty and so not much good photo shots. That was it. Enjoyed it very much. I would say it's value for money . Very comfortable tour and relaxing.
