Roger was an excellent Captain and guide for our cruise. We were lucky enough to be the only family on the boat and Roger made it fun and special. We saw some dolphins and even a momma and her baby. Our son and his friend enjoyed the shallow estuary where we were able to snorkel and find live fighting conchs and sand dollars. Walking on Shell Key was so peaceful and seeing the sea turtle nests was neat. Highly recommend the early morning cruise times in the middle of summer due to the heat and storms. If you are able to, ask for Roger as your captain! ★

When searching for a slower-paced, personal-type tour, we found just what we were looking for with Bob Marcus Tours. Bob is well-spoken, entertaining and is skilled in eye contact, body language and voice inflection. He is a living encyclopedia of Saint Petersburg historical facts, names, places, and dates. He loves Saint Petersburg and is so excited about his business and presentation that we were hyper-focused to retain it all. Three-plus hours encompassing the entirety of Saint Petersburg and its many highlights, with not a minute wasted. In his final “goodbye” Bob gave us “The Florida Information Guide” – a magazine packed with interesting facts, figures and photos that is a must-share with your friends and family. When we stepped in to Bob’s root beer-colored van, he could confidently have said: “I’ve got this; just sit back, relax, look, listen and enjoy the show!”★
