We tried the cooking class with Chef Hassan. The meeting point was easy to find. Once we were picked up, we went to buy the vegetables needed for the recipes at the souk. Then the real work began; for a few hours, we became chefs, preparing four tagines and two side dishes, all under Hassan's supervision. He made sure that each participant felt comfortable and could participate. A special thank you for the attention he gave to my 10-year-old son. The evening ended with tasting the dishes while chatting with the other participants. A wonderful, friendly experience—we highly recommend it! A link to the recipes is sent via WhatsApp afterward so you can recreate them at home later.

We loved this trip - it was a truly special day. We were picked up and dropped off very promptly. However, we thought we had booked a day trip to Ourika valley, but instead we were taken to Imlil valley. Actually, it was a blessing in disguise and we truly loved our trip. The driver was great and polite. While the hiking guide was very friendly, and in the end we were taken to his family home for a yummy lunch. All in all - what a great day we had!
