From the initial welcome to the quality of the explanations, everything was well-organized and handled with great respect. The information provided in French was clear, and the guide answered all our questions. The use of a microphone in Auschwitz I was appreciated. We had to listen very carefully in Auschwitz II, as the guide there didn't have a microphone. A pity.★

Great way to explore the beautiful zakopane mountains, plenty of free time to explore local markets etc. Lukas the guide was a top bloke and very knowledgeable. Would recommend!!!
