Amazing scenery even in the heart of winter. Very knowledgeable guide and humorous. Marko was taking care of all the group while making us feel at home. Could have been usefull to send us on reservation more accurate details for clothing (apart from "comfortable clothes")since we had to walk on and sometimes inside snow..

Miran was a very friendly and jovial person. So many facts related to Zagreb and Croatia overall. He explained us the Geography of Plitvice and also the cascading waterfalls forming the lakes.

The tour was exceptional, from the welcoming hotel pick ups, to the pleasant drives to Rastoke and Plitvice lakes, to the drop offs. It was smooth and seamless. Rastoke and Plitvice lakes were beautifully covered in snow which made it mesmerising. We were fortunate enough to go on a boat ride across the lake and seen a Great Tit close up. Our guide, Mila, was welcoming and knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour. I definitely would recommend this tour.


