The service was standard; the location indicated on Ctrip was accurate. Upon arrival, the staff asked for the number below the QR code, making ticket exchange easy. There were signs for the ticket office along the way.
The itinerary itself was fine, but it's best to rent a bicycle on the island, otherwise, getting around is extremely difficult.★

Loved Rottnest and would consider staying on the island next time…..ferry was great even in slightly rough weather. We hired bikes from Rottnest Fast Ferries- we are cyclists so it was fine but they weren’t the best and some other companies seemed to have better quality ones. Would not hire bikes next time but loved the island ★

After a very rough ride to “Rotto” we arrived & located our tour after enquiring at the Information Centre. Wandered up to our tour with plenty of time.
Train ride was great with commentary from driver. Up to the top of the hill & transferred over to our tour guide .
We had Graham & he gave us fantastic information on everything to do with Battery Hill & even local flora & fauna.
Lots of steps, stairs & tunnels. So interesting !
After that we were met outside by our bus driver Kev with lunch of chicken salad wraps & a cookie & bottled water which was consumed on the bus due to the weather.
Then we had a tour with commentary around the whole island seeing lots of bays, the salt lakes, birds, lighthouses & Quokkas!
Had to get on & off the bus a few times & my only complaint about the whole day was that the step to get back onto the bus was a bit steep for me & would suggest a portable step.
Would definitely recommend this tour!★

Amazing day spent with Lumineer tours. Very friendly welcome/pick up. Ventured out to Lancelin and Sandboarded on the Dunes - Awesome. Arrived at Pinnacles in plenty of time had had a stroll around before a fantastic sunset. Great BBQ then stargazing. Other tours give you binoculars, Lumineer tours set up a telescope as per picture and zoom in on planets/constellations. Our host Leighton was a great guy and when we joined up with the other coach, Gavin's Astronomy knowledge is brilliant. We also managed to spot 12 satellites passing overhead. Unfortunately no shooting stars but previous tours have seen these. Pleasant return journey back and a truly memorable day.★

Most Pinnacles tours are in English, so I joined this tour even though the guide spoke English. I was able to sit in the front row of a small bus, so I could see the scenery on both sides of the road, and the scenery changed as we moved along, which was amazing. The guide was kind, and the tour itself was fun. At Pinnacles, I was impressed by the scenery that seemed like the end of the earth, the sunset, and even the starry sky. The picnic dinner was even more delicious than I expected.
