Mobile or paper ticket accepted
Pick up time will be communicated to you the day before the tour at approximately 19:00pm in the evening, but it is usually between 7:30am and 8:30am.

There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers (minimum 2) to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Cape Town is included. We will confirm your exact pickup time via WhatsApp the day before your tour. You'll also receive your driver and guide names, along with vehicle details. Please ensure your WhatsApp is working with data or Wi-Fi access so we can reach you. Be ready and waiting in the hotel lobby or reception area at the communicated time to ensure a smooth and timely departure.
