We had completed the tour early and on time and David was very informative, explains intructions clearly, provided great recommendations, and knows a lot about the tour and even the towns/areas we were passing through on the way to the destination. We had a fantastic one-day tour to Bath, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle, and it was truly a highlight of our trip. The itinerary was perfectly planned, allowing us to see three iconic destinations in one day without feeling rushed. A special mention goes to Bruce, our tour leader, who was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, well-organized, and engaging throughout the day, sharing interesting facts and stories that brought each location to life. Bruce made sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and enjoying the experience, which made the tour run smoothly from start to finish.

Ctrip's ticket service is excellent, making it convenient for travelers who can't book one or two months in advance to purchase tickets at the last minute. However, the details list two departure points: Victoria Station and Baker Street. Only the Victoria Station meeting point is provided, not the Baker Street meeting point. I contacted Ctrip customer service, who emailed the merchant but haven't received a reply. I eventually found the location on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). I'm sharing this information here for anyone who might need it.
The Harry Potter bus meeting point on Baker Street is at a travel agency called "Golden Tours Visitor Centre Baker Street." There are staff there; show them your booking confirmation, and they will guide you.
