Before the trip, we compared various platforms and found Ctrip to be the most cost-effective because it's a local travel company. We later saw a branch of Ctrip in the city.
The entire itinerary was well-organized and reasonable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, provided very detailed explanations, sharing a lot of information that independent travelers wouldn't encounter. Each stop had a designated time frame, ensuring the overall activity schedule was well-planned. Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the entire group was well-organized and harmonious, even when the tour was fully booked.
The scenery along the Great Ocean Road is truly beautiful and worth a visit.★

reverse tour was well planned. tour guide also stopped the bus to show us some wild koalas in the trees and wild wallabies. itinerary didnt really state the visit to the animal sanctuary. 5AUD to the driver can be paid via alipay/wechat pay★

This group tour of the Melbourne Steam Train and Phillip Island was fantastic! The itinerary was well-planned and smooth. The Puffing Billy Steam Train was both retro and soothing, winding through the Dandenong Ranges with picturesque scenery. The open-top carriages were incredibly comfortable, perfect for taking amazing photos. The Chinese-speaking guide was professional and enthusiastic, providing engaging commentary and attentive guidance throughout the journey. We didn't have to worry about transportation or tickets, making it a relaxed and worry-free experience. The evening penguin parade on Phillip Island was adorable; the sight of the little blue penguins waddling home was heartwarming. The atmosphere was orderly, and the guide even reminded us of important information beforehand. The driver and guide were reliable, the pace was relaxed, and the whole day was fulfilling and unforgettable. It's a must-do classic tour in Melbourne, highly recommended!★

This tour was the best I've ever done! I was looking for a tour for young people traveling alone, and this one was perfect. The group worked really well together. Mark was the best tour guide I've ever had. He drove very smoothly, shared interesting and fun information without overwhelming the group. He also didn't just stick rigidly to the itinerary, but really listened to us. Thanks to him, we even got to see koalas. The stops and the length of the tour were well-chosen.★

I had a wonderful day onboard with Wildlife Tours and got so much value from the trip. The bus arrived on time for us in the morning driven by our charismatic host, Joe, who was informative and helpful across the day.
We went on the Great Ocean Road & Rainforest Tour and felt that we had enough time at each location to see as much of the Great Ocean Road as possible! I hadn’t been in years and could not do the road trip because of fatigue so this trip took all of the stress off my shoulders.
I would highly recommend Joe & the Wildlife Tours team for your next (and likely already overdue) adventure.
