Xel-Ha is by far the most relaxing of Xcaret parks and it gives you the most freedom. Just spent 4 nights at hotel Xcaret Arte and this park was included. It was our favorite of the ones that we visited, and we visited them all except Xenses. It’s basically a water themed park where you can get in the water and interact with sea animals or you can just lounge and float or snorkel through the mangroves, float down a natural lazy river, cliff dive, ride the tallest slide in the Riviera Maya, and more. There are also restaurants and areas for kids. The highlight of my day was swimming with manatees, which was a bucket list item for me. It was a beautiful experience, and I really will cherish it. I also rode the giant lighthouse slide, which is the tallest slide in the Riviera Maya. It was really fun, although the end was quite a surprise and felt like I got thrown into a washing machine. My favorite part of the day was floating down the natural lazy river and I honestly loved it. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was 80° and I will remember it forever. This place is truly awesome and it’s great for families or couples. I plan to be back in the future.

I truly enjoyed our excursion! Our driver was nice and everything went good ! The atv ride was great and I enjoyed the zipping as well. Make sure you are in some form of shape for the walking though lol . Booking with them is cheaper than booking at your result , do so please !

We loved this tour! Our guide was Navarro. He was super knowledgeable about the restaurants we stopped at and the origin of each taco. He gave us all the information about the drinks and hot sauces at each stop. It was very professional and well ran, transfers were on time to our resort for pick up. 4 of us went and we all enjoyed ourselves and the tacos were amazing! I will recommend this tour to any foodie wanting to find something to do in Cancun!

Carlos was an excellent guide! We arrived early and he arranged it so we didn't have to wait which was great because the other people who were scheduled with us didn't show. Carlos gave us clear instructions for driving the boats and made sure we were OK during the ride out to the reef. I'm an inexperienced snorkeler and he helped me feel safe and comfortable the whole time. We saw tons of beautiful coral and fish! There's a cute tiki bar and small pool at the check-in location which we utilized upon our return as we waited for our transport back to our resort. The lime margarita was a perfect way to end a fantastic excursion!


