I booked a day tour from New Delhi to the Taj Mahal through Ctrip. The tour included a car, driver, and guide for the two of us, and entrance fees and lunch. The outbound journey took three hours, and the return trip, including airport transfer, took four hours. Since we had an evening flight, we only visited the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, skipping the smaller Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal was truly breathtaking, a world-class heritage site. The white marble building is majestic and solemn, with exquisite carvings and gemstone inlays. Coupled with the ancient love story, it's poignant and romantic, definitely worth a visit. Agra Fort is a red fort, somewhat rustic compared to the Taj Mahal, but it offers a distant view of the Taj Mahal. I had some concerns before the trip, but communicating with customer service throughout the process alleviated many of them. The driver picked us up from the hotel on time and took us to the airport on time on the return trip, making it a very satisfying trip. The guide spoke Chinese, which was a pleasant surprise, as he had previously lived in China. He mentioned that not many Chinese people travel to India, and he hoped more Chinese compatriots would experience Indian culture. It's worth noting that you should bring some Indian rupees in cash, as ATMs in India do not accept Chinese credit cards.

I had a wonderful day exploring the Mughal magic of Agra with my guide, Azam. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took great pride in sharing what he knew. He also went above and beyond to ensure that I felt safe and cared for (important for a solo woman traveller). The sights were magnificent. The Taj lived up to my every expectation and I already hope to make it back one day at a different time of year to see it at sunrise and sunset. I would highly appreciate this tour for any woman travelling alone who wants to see the sights and not get overwhelmed (like me). From start to finish, it was effortless and I appreciate every person who put time towards ensuring my experience was a good one. I will never forget this experience!

Booking this tour by superfast train (Gatimaan Express) was a fantastic decision and truly the most comfortable way to travel from Delhi to Agra. The train ride was smooth, with a delicious breakfast served on board. The coordination was flawless from start to finish; our driver in Delhi was punctual and helped us to the station, and upon arrival in Agra, our driver dilbagh were waiting for us right at the platform for a VIP welcome. Having a private car in Agra allowed us to explore at our own pace, and hilal was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing great history and taking perfect photos at the Taj Mahal. After a wonderful lunch and a visit to Agra Fort, we were dropped back for a relaxing train journey home with dinner included. This tour perfectly combines the speed of the train with the luxury of a private car HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I booked a full day tour to visit Taj Mahal and other sites with Raj Tours & Travel and it was absolutely amazing. Our tour included a private vehicle, driver, and English speaking guide. We opted to watch the sunrise at Taj Mahal, therefore we were picked up at our hotel in Agra at 5:20am and arrived at the gates shortly after where we met our English speaking tour guide, Ayush who was very professional in detailing the day's itinerary, what to expect, and safety tips while in certain areas. Ayush is very knowledgeable and explained the history of Taj Mahal in great detail. He even helped us with pictures throughout the day. Our tour included a stop to Agra Fort, Baby Taj, a Marble Factory, and a stop at an Art display. Throughout the day, Ayush always asked how we were feeling, if we were hungry, before proceeding to the next location. While the main attraction is the Taj Mahal, the marble factory provided such a historical context to how the Taj Mahal was constructed and how it is preserved today. Don't miss the marble factory. We had such an incredible experience, if you are looking to visit Taj Mahal and interested in learning about the history and want to do so without concern for safety, I highly recommend Raj Tours & Travel. Request Ayush, he was amazing!

Excellent tour lead by tour guide Mahesh Kumar . The guide had exceptional knowledge about the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort He took his time to educate about the tour and ample time to discover . The drive to and from Delhi is long but was made very comfortably by the driver - who drove carefully and made sure the drive was comfortable, complete with water and snacks. The lunch was also great, offering variety as well as gluten free options.

This is the cheapest tour here. I was picked up from my hotel in a comfortable car with a good driver. We arrived in Agra before dawn. There, I was met by a Russian-speaking guide. I was surprised. The Taj Mahal is a must-see if you're in India.


