Everything was great, including the transfer, but we did spend $85 on the excursion, which wasn't mentioned in the tour. It's better to go with the all-inclusive option. The guide was English but excellent; we didn't understand, but it was still fun. Overall, everything was fine, minus the $85 we spent, the total: $48 + $85 = $133.

Our guide Reda was so knowledgeable and was polite, helpful, interesting and helped us to experience the rich Egyptian history. Our driver Johanna (John) was kind, thoughtful, and really helped me getting on and off the bus which was difficult due to my disability. They were always on time and always we got more information than we expected. The balloon ride was also amazing and went like clockwork. The hotel Steinberger, - rooms were good, food not as good as we'd hoped but staff nice.

Guide was very informative & friendly, lunch on the boat was good , we would have been happier if we were given more time at the valley of kings rather than the alabaster factory , it should say on the info when booking regarding this
