Reviews: Chichen Itza, Cenote & Valladolid Tour with Tequila and Lunch

So much interesting information shared by Rodrigo and Ramiro. Our tour guides spoke very good English. So much learned that day (Wednesday 21st Jan). It was a fun filled day, we didn’t feel patronised, it was very, very good. A long day, we knew it would be, but incredible value for money. Enriquez, our driver, was very professional, extremely comfortable drive of around 600km.

Very knowledgeable 2 tour guides. Nice bus and schedule, but included lunch was too simple - a lot of rice and potato, but not any meat.

We had a wonderful day off the resort on this tour, our guide Paco was fantastic! He was really knowledgeable and passionate about the tour locations and the areas we drove through on the way, it was so fun chatting with him. The air-conditioned drive was comfortable and he had bottled water, beer, soda, snacks, even cold moistened towels in the cooler which were so nice after walking around in the heat. He also brought a large umbrella for me to use when it was super sunny. We saw way more of Chichen Itza than if we had done a large group tour and Paco’s stories and explanations made the place come alive. Also, since our resort was 35 min north of Cancun, the private transportation saved us hours of time since we didn’t have to make other hotel pickups. We stopped for a delicious lunch at Paladar De Cura in Valladolid, my husband is pescatarian and they were able to accommodate. After lunch we had a refreshing swim at Cenote Saamal, Paco was super helpful in showing us where to go and taking pictures for us. This was one of the best tours we’ve ever been on and I highly recommend him and this tour to everyone!!
Reviews: Private Chichen Itza, Cenote and Valladolid Tour with Lunch

This tour was incredible. I’ve been on tours all around the world and can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve had with a tour company. Joshue (aka Josh) was an amazing guide. Super knowledgeable, friendly & funny. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Chichen Itza was great, but the best parts of the tour came after. The remote cenote he took me to was magical, and it was just the two of us- no crowds of tourists. It was beautiful. Even better was visiting Pedro & Laura’s home for lunch. Experiencing an authentic Mayan family’s village was really, really special. Yes, it’s expensive, but you get what you pay for! This company goes out of their way to give you unique, off the beaten path experiences. There are other private tours similarly priced, but I can assure you they won’t show the same care and give the same level of service & knowledge this company does. This experience was top notch. I will absolutely be booking the Boutique Tours Mexico again and definitely asking for Josh.
