Our driver, Mr TUM, was so nice! He drives us to the animal zone and move slowly, allowing us to enjoy the moment to take photos, videos freely with zebras, giraffes, tigers, lions and so much more! After taking us to the entrance of the Safari World, he let us to play til closing time of the zoo. The experience for visiting Safari World with my family is great!★

in general, there is no negativity. but if we had been picked up from the hotel at 9 a.m. instead of 10 a.m. then we would have been able to watch more shows in the park. as it was, the driver arrived at 10 a.m. sharp. as it was written in the updated booking information. It was previously indicated at 9 a.m. He carefully drove me to the safari park, provided entrance tickets and a food coupon, gave me a map of the park and a show schedule. managed to see almost all the animals (not too impressive in general, compared to Abu Dhabi's Marine Park, for example) and get to the dolphin show. then there was a train ride through the safari park.★

Excellent well organised tour with Star who was very knowledgable, friendly and a great guide. Would recommend booking. Great air con mini bus which was essential in the hot weather too. Pick up on at hotel and drop off very near hotel was super convenient.★

The guide was extremely experienced and helpful. She was knowledgeable and also took lots of photos for us. The forbidden palace is beautiful and a great cultural experience. If you add the wechat of the trip.com staff they add you to a chat group with the guide and it's easy to organise the outing.★

I joined the tour at the last minute, so I didn't have high expectations. However, our tour guide, Susie, was surprisingly considerate of us. The bus first dropped off the larger group at Gubei Water Town, and then we transferred to a minibus to Jinshanling. I must say, the minibus driver, Mr. An, was incredibly thoughtful. He took care of every single tourist. He even urged us to get on the bus quickly in the evening because it was getting chilly.
Jinshanling Great Wall. I descended the mountain from the East Five-Eyed Tower. Every snapshot I took was a beautiful scene. If you have enough time, I recommend watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. This way, you can see the golden hues of Jinshanling.
I am very satisfied with this tour organized by Ctrip.
