If a cancellation request is submitted after 17:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Project Description Cool Play Forest International Adventure Park is an adventure park primarily focused on outdoor adventure activities and natural ecological settings. Unlike conventional tourist attractions and parks, it features well-equipped basic service facilities with distinctive adventure characteristics. The core offerings are various mountain adventure experiences, and all adventure activities in the park require full guidance and supervision by coaches. Customers with high environmental facility requirements should choose carefully! II. Required Gear and Dress Code 1. Items to bring: Small backpack (for jacket, water bottle, mosquito repellent spray, high-energy snacks). 2. Dress code: - Upper body: Quick-dry T-shirt + jacket (cave temperature is constant at 15-17°C); - Lower body: Scratch-resistant elastic pants (shorts/skirts are strictly prohibited, as they prevent proper use of safety equipment); - Shoes: Hard-soled outdoor hiking shoes/mountain boots/trail running shoes (high heels and thick-soled shoes are prohibited). 3. Special notes: - Activities may easily soil or damage clothing; expensive attire, shoes, or hats are not recommended. - Damage or staining of clothing during activities is the participant's responsibility; the park is not liable. - Bring an extra set of clean clothes and shoes (for changing after exiting the cave). III. Age and Weight Restrictions 1. Age requirements: - 5-65 years old: Can participate in all activities; Special reminder: Children aged 5-11 must be accompanied by a parent; those aged 12 and above can participate independently. - 66-70 years old: Limited to purchasing "Forest-SPACE Leisure Exploration" (CNY98/person) or "Forest-SPACE Leisure Exploration + Cave Hot Pot" (CNY188/person), allowing activities in the leisure area or waiting in the cave hall (excluding those with mobility issues); - Over 70 years old: For safety reasons, entry is prohibited. Can wait at the park's meeting point "Cool Play Forest · Nature Academy." 2. Weight restrictions: - For those without underlying health conditions, weight ≤ height (cm) + height (cm) x 20% (e.g., 173cm ≤ 207.6 lbs); maximum weight limit for the entire park is 250 lbs, with a 200 lbs limit for the cave swing. IV. Risk Disclosure and Liability Statement 1. Risk notice: - Activities involve outdoor risks such as falls, scratches, water immersion, and insect bites; participation implies full assessment and acceptance of these risks. - Long or manicured nails are prone to tearing during adventures; participants are responsible for self-protection and any resulting injuries. 2. Insurance terms: - Covered by a life insurance company (maximum coverage CNY1.5 million); - Provide accurate personal ID information; incorrect information voids the insurance, and the participant bears full responsibility. - Participants with underlying conditions (e.g., heart disease, severe acrophobia, hypertension, mental illness, asthma, epilepsy, COPD), pregnant women, post-surgery recovery patients, or those medically advised against outdoor activities are prohibited from participating. - Safety incidents caused by underlying conditions are the participant's sole responsibility; the park only provides emergency rescue assistance. 3. Valuables: - Carrying valuables like cameras, phones, drones, or watches during adventures poses high risks of damage or loss. Staff prioritize personal safety; unsecured items are the participant's responsibility. 4. Alcohol ban: - Participation under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited; violators will be denied entry, and concealment voids liability. 5. Personal safety: - Incidents or losses due to personal negligence or non-compliance with park rules/coach instructions are the participant's sole responsibility. V. Booking and Cancellation 1. Cancellation due to severe weather (e.g., traffic disruptions, landslides) results in a full refund. 2. Punctuality: - Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early; late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes forfeit the experience without refund. 3. Itinerary adjustments: - The park reserves the right to adjust activity sequences based on weather or scheduling. Special Notice: Signing this statement upon entry signifies full understanding and agreement to all terms. The park reserves the right to terminate activities for safety reasons.
