I loved this tour. Very informative personal tour of a family’s balsamic vinegar stores and an understanding of the beautiful tradition in Modena of starting batterias of vinegar for each family member when they are born and nurturing them through the years. A highlight of our holiday to Bologna. A really informative tour accompanied by wonderful food and drink. A meal I definitely will never forget! The balsamic vinegars provided are unbelievably tasty. Our guide, Elisa, was really friendly and delivered the tour very well. It was also arranged for us to be driven back and forth in a shuttle bus, which made transport very easy! Would book again in a heartbeat.★
