Information on chartered bus services for tourists in Nan'ao Island

I. Fee Description

Includes: vehicle usage fee, fuel cost for the entire trip, toll/bridge fee (if any), parking fee, driver service fee, and driver's lunch;

Excludes: accommodation fees, personal meal expenses, and other personal expenses (such as dining, shopping, etc.).

II. Service Duration Rules

Standard: Within 10 hours on the same day (starting from when the driver arrives at the pick-up point to pick up the tourist, ending when the tourist is delivered to the designated destination);

Special scenarios for Nan'ao Island: If the final destination is a hotel on Nan'ao Island, the service will last for 9 hours; if all pick-up and drop-off points are on Nan'ao Island, the service will last for 8 hours.

Overtime: The duration includes traffic congestion time. For 5-7 seat buses, the overtime fee is 50 RMB/hour; for minibuses with 7-20+ seats, it's 70 RMB/hour; and for buses with 30+ seats, it's 100 RMB/hour.

III. Departure Time Arrangement

- Default departure time: 9:00 AM [Can be adjusted flexibly according to your actual needs] (24-hour system)

- Trip Confirmation: After placing your order, the driver will contact you before 8:00 PM the day before the trip to confirm the final departure time and pick-up location. Please keep your phone accessible.

IV. Pick-up and drop-off area description

Coverage area (including any pick-up/drop-off points within the following areas, no additional charge):

- Round trips between Chaozhou City and Xiangqiao District, Chao'an District (including Chaoshan Station)

Chao'an District [Chifeng Town, Dengtang Town, Fenghuang Town, Guihu Town, Wenci Town, and Wanfeng Forest Farm are not within the pick-up and drop-off area]

Special Note: If your departure point/destination is outside the above range (such as towns or remote locations not covered by the network), please contact customer service before placing your order to negotiate a price difference.

V. Itinerary Flexibility

-Attraction Adjustment: The attraction references and suggested durations are for reference only. You can add or remove attractions as needed and arrange your visit time at your own discretion.

- Route optimization: The loop around Nan'ao Island is about 68 kilometers long. Drivers will prioritize planning routes that do not involve backtracking to reduce travel time.

-Personalized needs: You can inform the driver before departure if you want to adjust the itinerary/route, and the driver will replan the driving plan for you;

VI. Special Tips for Visiting Nan'ao Island

- Stop and play at your leisure: You can request to stop and play at any time along the island loop, provided it is safe and compliant. The driver will stop and wait in a standardized manner and will not rush you.

- Thoughtful service: If you need the driver's assistance in taking photos within the safe parking area, we will do our best to record the wonderful moments.

VII. Holiday Travel Suggestions

During peak seasons such as May Day, National Day, and Spring Festival, the number of tourists to Nan'ao Island increases significantly. To avoid congestion:

-Island entry: Priority will be given to departures between 6:00 and 7:00 AM;

-Island outlying areas: It is recommended to leave between 13:00 and 14:30;

- Departing from Chaozhou: It is recommended to travel to Nan'ao Island earlier than departing from Shantou.

VIII. Special Notes for Intercity Travel

If your itinerary is "Departing from Shantou, ending in Chaozhou City", please select the "Departing from Chaozhou" option to match suitable services.

IX. Rules for Group Booking and Independent Booking

-Group tour (shared transportation is available by default): 5-seater or 7-seater vehicles will be arranged according to the number of people in the group (maximum 5 people per vehicle). You will travel with other tourists on the same route (no unrelated persons will be picked up). For group tour details, please consult customer service.

- Private tour: No sharing with other tourists, private car throughout the entire trip, ensuring privacy and independence of the itinerary.
