My atrip.com account has been hacked and unlink from my email. Luckily we have have printed the booking details on a paper before traveling . Trip.com has been too slow in responding and taking action to protect the account security. At the end, my account was used to book hotel and flights by the hacker 😔

We really enjoyed our half day Tuscan wine tour with Jonathan and Tony! Although it was a bit rainy, we were still able to witness the beauty of the countryside and were able to get lots of photos and videos thanks to the guides! All the wine and food we tasted blew us away. We bought a lot of olive oil to bring home, and our favorite was the truffle olive oil from the first winery we visited called Casa Emma. All the folks on our tour were very friendly and lovely as well. One couple brought his mom since it was her dream trip to go to Italy and that made my heart happy! All around beautiful views, great vibes, delicious wine, and good company!

Really great experience. Only criticism is that there should be clearer guidance on collecting tickets after receiving the voucher. We had anticipated meeting someone, however, there was no guide. We were able to show the voucher to the chapel’s staff at the desk and gain entry.


