I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.★

This trip was fantastic! The scenery was beautiful, exceeding my expectations. The service from the cruise company, SST Travel, was also very professional. They contacted me immediately after I purchased the tickets, provided luxury car pick-up and drop-off, and arranged the cruise activities very professionally. The meals were also delicious, and every member of the team was very friendly. I'm happy to give them 5 stars and give them a thumbs up. I will definitely recommend them to my friends next time they come.★

I had a fantastic experience with this company. Our tour guide Ben spoke very good English and had a good sense of humor. He was very approachable and ensure everyone had a good time on the boat. The lunch was very decent and for a vegetarian person like myself there was plenty of choices. We had three activities after lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed every single one of them. Highly recommended this company to anyone who wish to have a good day at Halong Bay. 10/10. Thanks again!★

The cruise was wonderful. The views of the bay are absolutely breathtaking, definitely worth the trip. The food was delicious, plentiful, and the service was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the mattresses comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful two days.★

We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
