It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.★

After picking up a luxury van (8-9 people) at Hanoi Opera House, we moved to the Halong Bay cruise port. The best thing about the cruise was that it was not structured to accommodate many passengers, but to allow passengers to enjoy themselves. Except for the bungalows, all tables and sunbeds were free. There were pools of various sizes from the second floor onwards, and the staff were very friendly. The lunch buffet was delicious, and the last party on board provided just the right amount of sandwiches, fruits, and snacks. The tour content was good, and the view was really nice. I highly recommend it. It was the best for the price. ♥️★

Please note: at the moment, the main road is partially closed due to the Christmas market. Access is still possible by walking around via nearby streets. We recommend allowing a bit of extra time and being prepared for a small detour.I would recommend this tickets★

I highly recommend services of SAWANU company, because it was well organised trip, which was provided by Sprite, Alice and their team. I hesitated of taking the boat tour because there were a few cloudy days straight before the day, but I have decided and haven’t regretted yet. They will organise transfer (if you choose this option) and I’ve you get to the place, so you will be checked in and welcomed to the comfy waiting lobby, where are some snacks and coffee ( but I recommend to have a good nutritious breakdown in advance). So after a while you will get to the boat, which is new and good equipped catamaran, where you don’t feel dizzy and so on. There were a few stops in our itinerary and I enjoyed all of them. The team is very helpful and attentive, great respect for it. Thanks for good day and impressions!
