Thank you for arranging the trip for the 24th and 25th! The lakes of Jiuzhaigou shimmered like jewels, their waters crystal clear, and the colorful pools of Huanglong were breathtaking. Although we didn't see everything, every sight was a treasure. The tour guide provided detailed explanations of the attractions and showed thoughtful care for our family. The driver was a steady and enthusiastic driver, and his help with our luggage was incredibly heartwarming!

I received a message via WeChat before the pickup and tried to add them as a friend, but for some unknown reason, the friend request did not go through. I contacted the customer service center before arriving at Songpan Station and was subsequently contacted by the pickup provider. At that moment, when I felt at a loss, the prompt and kind response from the representative of the provider allowed me to complete the trip safely.

Very comfortable bus. Punctual for pickup and arrival... I would improve the cleanliness of the luggage compartment; the backpacks came out quite dusty.
