How to use
All times are given in local time
You'll receive your Trip.com booking confirmation upon successful booking
You'll be contacted by the tour organizer to confirm your pick-up details by 18:00, the day before departure
Please present your booking confirmation or e-voucher to the tour guide before departure
Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before departure/ pick-up time informed by the tour operator
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

** The best time to explore islets in Nha Trng from May to September every year. At this time, the weather is dry, warm, pleasant, with little rain, very favorable for outdoor fun and exploration activities.
Important note
1. Please provide personal information: Full name, Birth-year, Gender, Nationality, pick up address, contact details that tour guide can contact in advance.
2. The order of the itinerary can be changed depending on our guide’s arrangement, weather condition ,…
3. You should take sunscreen, towel, swim-wear, ....
4. Special request (diet or vegetarian …) should be informed at least 2 days before your departure date.

+ Infant below 1m/under 5 years old: free of charge, other expense pay by parents (No meal provided)
+ Child from 5 – 8 years old/1m to under 1m3: 75% of charge ( ½ lunch of adult)
+ Child from 09 years old up/1m3 up : same adult price
+ Two adults bring 2 children, the 2nd child will be charged 100% as adult price
