My atrip.com account has been hacked and unlink from my email. Luckily we have have printed the booking details on a paper before traveling . Trip.com has been too slow in responding and taking action to protect the account security. At the end, my account was used to book hotel and flights by the hacker 😔★

The guide was a man in his 50s with a slightly peculiar sense of humor, perhaps typical of Italians. He knew a lot. It was more like a lecture from a university professor; children and those looking for light information weren't interested. I speak English fluently, but some of the terms were beyond me. I bought a ticket for 11:30 AM; they sent me a WhatsApp message to arrive early, at 10:45 AM, and they told me the meeting place. It was difficult to find; I had to take the metro and go up to the second floor. It was nerve-wracking because there were a lot of groups nearby. The tour started at the Colosseum. We didn't have to wait in line for the Colosseum, but after that there was a tour of the Forum, where we stood with everyone else at the general ticket office for about 25 minutes. We didn't have time to walk around the Colosseum, but without the information from the guide, I wouldn't have understood anything. When the tour ended at the Forum, we were able to stay and walk around there. The tour lasted 2.5 hours. The equipment for hearing the guide works well.★

It was very easy to make a booking using this app. I received our eTickets immediately, so didn't have to check in at the pier on the day, and was able to get to the island very smoothly even though our trip was kind of limited in time. As soon as we got off the 30-minute boat trip, we were on the white sandy beach by emerald green water. We also met lots of quokkas, making it a really fun day trip. Thank you very much!★

Our driver, Beibei, drove very steadily and safely. He mentioned he's been driving for many years and has experience driving children, so I felt very safe riding with him that day. The attractions on the trip were exactly as described, and the time spent at each place was just right, preventing it from feeling like a rushed experience. The little train ride was especially worthwhile. Although it was a cloudy day, the breeze on the train was very pleasant, and I even felt that I didn't need to take pictures constantly, as the breeze made me more relaxed.★
