One-way or round-trip Kuranda cable car ticket + booking service fee (inclusions vary by package, please check before ordering)

The transfer-inclusive package only provides pick-up & drop-off service for hotels within the Cairns city area. Guests staying outside the designated pick-up & drop-off area must proceed to the nearest meeting point on their own.

All other expenses not mentioned in the inclusions.

Adult: 15 years old and above

Child: 4–14 years old

Children aged 0–3 can travel for free. Please inform customer support of the number of free-travel children after placing your order.

How to use

1. After booking, we will send the electronic confirmation to your email. Please check your email and verify the information on the confirmation. We recommend printing the confirmation. On the day of participation, please proceed to the first cable car station at Smithfield Station or Kuranda Terminal, and present the printed confirmation at the counter to exchange for a one-way cable car ticket. Chinese-speaking staff are available at the counter to assist you.

2. Package with transfers:

1. Pick-up & drop-off area: Cairns city hotels. Some hotels may not allow parking or are outside the pick-up & drop-off area, in which case a nearby pick-up point will be designated.

After successful booking, an e-confirmation will be sent to your email. Please check the email and verify the pickup details. To ensure timely arrival, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the pickup route in advance.

The driver is a local English-speaking driver who will not proactively call or wait for late passengers. If the driver does not see you at the designated time or location, they will leave immediately to pick up other passengers at the next stop. Please be ready 5–10 minutes in advance.

If you have booked a product that includes transfers, delays may occur during peak season. If you do not see the shuttle vehicle at the meeting point by the meeting time, please call the number on the confirmation (English service available) to check if the shuttle is delayed.

Change & cancellation policies

Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.

The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
