We had just the right amount of time for everything, so we didn't overdo it or get tired. The guide spoke good English, thanks for sharing stories and for his efforts. I arrived during the off-season, and Nami Island wasn't all that impressive, but otherwise, everything was great!

I booked a large tour (for a reason), but ended up joining a small group; thankfully, our guide, Ms. Jin, was kind, spoke fluent Chinese, was funny, and provided excellent service. At the end of the tour, she specially escorted me to the hotel entrance and also took the other guests to their desired destinations. Thumbs up!

Martin is great, he is proficient in both English and Mandarin, and of course Korean. He is polite, helpful, pay attention to detail, responsive. The arrangement of the trip is good, good timing to alll spots! The coach is comfy and on time, the driver is good and safety too. A very good experience.
