Parking recommendation: Riverside View parking lot, China Merchants Xinyada South parking lot
Ticket collection method: Please arrive 20–30 minutes in advance at the Riverside Pier visitors center self-service ticket machine. Use the SMS starting with "[Qianhang Cruise]" (which includes the departure time slot) and your booking phone number to collect your tickets. Afterward, proceed to the riverside for boarding.
Note:
1. You will be seated on the level for which you purchased a ticket (seat numbers will be assigned after ticket collection, please take your assigned seat), but you are free to move around.
2. The 3rd floor is divided into seating areas and open areas (separated). Visitors who purchased tickets for the 1st or 2nd floor can access the open areas on the 3rd floor.
Light show times: Please refer to Hangzhou Fabu/Hangzhou Yongjiang Fabu (subject to change on the day). The Qiantang River light show will be performed daily on both banks.

Friday and Saturday, with one show at 6:30 PM and another at 7:30 PM daily.

Other notices
1. When purchasing, please provide accurate traveler identity information and bring a valid ID (the ID card used for purchase, the SMS ticket pick-up code received after successful purchase, or the SMS QR code – choose one). Proceed to the attraction's ticket office, "Binjiang Pier Water Tourism Service Center," at least 30 minutes in advance to collect your tickets and board the boat. Boarding will stop approximately 5 minutes before departure.
2. According to management requirements, children under 1.2m (including infants) must have a ticket to board. Please bring children under 1.2m (excluding infants) to the service center on the day of travel with the child's valid ID to obtain a "seatless ticket" for boarding. Failure to obtain the ticket may result in being asked to return to the service center, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
3. The Qian Yin and Meng Hang cruises may be subject to changes each night, and the actual cruise type you board will be confirmed upon arrival.
4. The 3rd floor features open-air sightseeing seats. In case of rain or snow, the attraction will arrange seating on other floors, and the price difference cannot be refunded (please check the weather in advance; exercise caution when booking the 3rd floor).
5. Please enter the correct purchaser's name and mobile number. In case of special circumstances where the person cannot be contacted, neither the platform nor the cruise company will be held responsible. Thank you for your understanding.
6. This boat ticket includes cruise-related services. For information on the light show, please follow "Hangzhou Yongjiang Release" or "Hangzhou Release" on your own. The actual show will prevail.
7. In case of force majeure factors such as Qiantang River tides, severe weather, rising Qiantang River water levels, gusts exceeding force 7 on the Qiantang River, or thunderstorms that make it unsafe to operate regular sightseeing routes, the cruise operator reserves the right to temporarily alter routes or itineraries to ensure the safety of vessels and travelers. The cruise operator shall not be held responsible for route changes. Please proceed with booking only if you accept these terms.
8. Do not bring food or pets on board, and luggage storage is not available.
9. In compliance with regulatory and company requirements, to prevent safety incidents (fires) and ensure the safety of all travelers, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited throughout the vessel. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
