Your email said I had to collect a physical ticket, this was not correct and we wasted time trying to find where to get the tickets. I only had to show the tickets which were included in the email. Apart from this the trip was very good.

The Museo Cuevas del Sacromonte in Granada was a wonderful visit! The museum offers a fascinating look into the traditional cave homes, even showcasing authentic tools, furniture, and displays that bring the history to life. You can walk around freely and spend as much time as you want in the caves. I would say you only need 30-45 minutes for the visit. If you’re in Granada, this museum is totally worth the stop!

I've seen crowded places that weren't worth the visit. However, this fortress pleasantly surprised me. I didn't expect how well-organized everything is, with a free audio guide and everything very well signposted and explained. I think it's a must-see, even if it's just to visit this marvel. It left me with a very good feeling, and the place is incredible, and they're still working on further expansion. 100% REPAIRED CONGRATULATIONS!! for this restoration and for how well-maintained everything is.


