Important Information:
1. Join-in Tour Note: This is a join-in tour where travelers may come from different regions and join different itineraries. The vehicle and guide may change during the tour, but this will not affect the normal sightseeing. The restaurant is located on the second floor inside the attraction. The first floor features local specialty souvenirs (optional visit), and there is also a convenience store with beverages nearby. If there is a wait during mealtime, travelers can explore the surrounding area but must return promptly for the meal.
2. Booking Instructions: Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, and contact details) when making a reservation to avoid booking errors that may affect your travel.
3. Age Requirements: Minors (under 18 years old) and seniors (65-74 years old) must be accompanied by an adult (18-64 years old). Seniors are required to sign a disclaimer. This product does not accept bookings for seniors over 75 years old. Seniors aged 65 and above must sign a health disclaimer before traveling. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.
4. Border Crossing Instructions: The tour leader will usually wait for visitors at the border checkpoint in advance. Please arrive on time and keep your phone accessible. The crossing time may vary depending on crowd size, and we appreciate your understanding if delays occur. Any delays caused by visitors' personal reasons (such as illness, pregnancy, carrying prohibited items, incorrect ID, passport inspection, etc.) will require self-covered expenses to catch up with the group.
5. Communication Note: This is an outbound tour. All travelers are required to bring their own mobile phones with international roaming service activated.
6. During your free time, please pay attention to personal safety and property security. Observe Macau's traffic rules by looking right first then left, and follow traffic signals while using pedestrian walkways.
7. Meeting Instructions: This is a join-in tour. Please pay attention to the announcements, meeting time, and location provided by the guide. Make sure to identify the tour bus number and arrive on time. Gather at the designated pick-up point at the agreed time to avoid delays that may affect the itinerary and other visitors. If you miss the tour due to lateness, you will be responsible for any resulting costs. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Itinerary: The times indicated in the itinerary may be adjusted due to special circumstances such as traffic congestion, queues, customs procedures, gatherings, road conditions, or weather. The travel agency shall not be held responsible for itinerary delays or inability to visit attractions caused by force majeure events including earthquakes, typhoons, strikes, or flight delays. No services are provided during free time—please ensure personal and property safety.
9. Other items: Complimentary items included in the itinerary are non-refundable. Optional additional activities are at the guest's own discretion and are not affiliated with the travel agency.
10. Force Majeure: During the reception process, any additional costs caused by force majeure factors (such as transportation, weather, local policies, etc.) shall be borne by the travelers themselves.
11. Leaving the Group: If a traveler leaves the group without the consent of the travel agency during the trip, it will be considered a unilateral departure. No refund will be provided for any uncompleted itinerary, and the traveler shall bear full responsibility for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group.
12. Travel Documents: To book this itinerary, you must apply for an Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau with valid endorsement on your own. All travelers must carry the original permit and keep it with you during your stay in Hong Kong.
