If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 14 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

[Accommodation Rules & Regulations] ■ Fees & Access Control 1. All fees are charged per person. If there are changes in the number of guests, please contact customer support at least seven days in advance to change your booking. Same-day or on-site cancellations of guests will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued. 2. Nature Circle is a reservation-based venue. For visitors who are not staying overnight, please notify us in advance. An entrance fee of NT$950 per person (including food ingredients) will be charged, and visitors must leave before 9:00 PM. 3. The main gate will close at 10:00 PM daily. Please avoid entering or exiting after this time unless absolutely necessary. ■ Outside Food & Drinks 1. To ensure environmental hygiene and your food safety, please do not bring raw meat for cooking. Please do not bring large quantities of cooked party food (snacks are not restricted). If any of the above occurs, Nature Circle will charge an environmental and equipment cleaning fee of NT$2,000 (which can also be offset by consumption at the bar). 2. Each person may bring one canned alcoholic beverage (500ml). An additional cleaning fee of NT$1,200 will be charged for exceeding this limit (which can also be offset by consumption at the bar). Canned, bottled, and mixed drinks are available for sale at the park's bar. ■ No Smoking 1. Smoking is prohibited throughout the park. There is a designated smoking area. If smoking occurs within the park, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the private room and charge a cleaning fee. ■ Volume 1. The use of microphones, large speakers, DJ equipment, or KTV equipment is prohibited within the park. All sound equipment must be turned off and speaking volume lowered from 11:00 PM during quiet hours. If other guests' sleep is disturbed, a warning will be issued. If the warning is ineffective, Nature Circle reserves the right to remove guests from the park. ■ Board Games 1. The use of mahjong, pai gow, and similar items is prohibited within the park. ■ Conduct 1. Please do not act disorderly after drinking alcohol, and please*******into the toilet, not the sink. If the above occurs, a cleaning fee of NT$2,000 will be charged. 2. Please do not dispose of trash, sanitary napkins, diapers, or wet wipes in the toilet. If a blockage occurs, a cleaning and repair fee of NT$2,500 will be charged. ■ Privacy 1. The private room areas within the park are independent spaces. "Do not enter" other guests' private rooms, peek at others, or take others' belongings. If any of the above occurs, legal action will be taken. ■ Private Rooms 1. The use of party poppers, streamers, or fireworks is prohibited in private rooms. If the above occurs, a cleaning fee of NT$2,000 will be charged, and we reserve the right to ask you to leave the park depending on the situation. [Pet Accommodation Reminders] ■ Pets must be noted in the booking and will be charged on-site. Please inform us in advance. ■ A cleaning fee of NT$500 per pet will be charged. If items are damaged or severely soiled, an additional fee will be charged depending on the situation. ■ Please bring your pet's bedding and do not share human bedding. Pets are not allowed on sofas or beds. ■ If your pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, please try to stop them to avoid disturbing other guests. ■ Pets cannot be left alone in the tent. If you go out, you must take your pet with you. ■ To maintain pet accommodation etiquette, please keep pets on a leash or in a carrier when outside.
