For arrival in Vietnam, I booked a fast track service for about 400-500 baht. The wait time was approximately 50 minutes. It seemed like many agencies handle bookings, but ultimately, everyone converges at one location. The immigration line was usually very long, with multiple rounds of queues. I timed it, and immigration took about 30 seconds to 1 minute per tourist, no more than that. I don't understand why it was so slow. For departure from Vietnam, I didn't buy a fast track pass. The check-in queue with the airline took about 50 minutes, then 45 minutes for immigration stamping, and the final step, baggage scanning, took another 40 minutes. In total, the entire departure process took about 2 hours. Therefore, you should arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before boarding time, especially with Vietjet, which is very busy and causes significant check-in delays.★

Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

This was my first time using the express immigration process. From getting off the plane to arriving at the arrival hall, I saw a staff member holding a sign, gave them my name and ticket, and they led me to the immigration counter to check my documents. The entire process, from queuing to exiting, took less than 20 minutes – incredibly fast! (Before using express immigration, I queued for almost 2.5 hours – I almost fainted!). I will definitely use express immigration again next time I go! 👍★

The communication before we met was very polite and helpful! However, Tan Son Nhat Airport is said to be crowded, but luckily there weren't many people there on the day I used it, so I don't think it made a difference whether I had a fast pass or not. I recommend making a reservation as insurance against crowds!★

We got off the plane and quickly found a guy holding the sign. We walked to hime and he led us straight to the line. Line looked kinda long, but the one next to us was way longer 😂 We stood there like 15 mins, other line probably 1–2 hours, so everything was great
