On my last return from Hanoi, the immigration process took an extremely long time, so I decided to try this service this time. Even though it was a late-night flight, the airport in Hanoi was so crowded that they were restricting entry. Seeing that, I was so glad I used this service. After checking in at the counter, all the immigration procedures were completed in just about 5 minutes. I highly recommend it.

After booking the service, I was contacted via WhatsApp to share the traveler's information. Upon arrival, a staff member was waiting for us with a sign and led us to a separate queue. We got through in literally five minutes, whereas in the general queue we would have stood for at least an hour, as many flights arrived simultaneously. I recommend this service to everyone if you have a flight arriving at the same time as others.

This was my first time using this service at Da Nang Airport. After getting off the plane, I took a bus to the remote parking area, and after getting off the bus and entering the building, I found an attendant holding a piece of paper with my name on it just before immigration, so I was able to meet up with them immediately. They then guided me to immigration. There was no one in line there, so it was over in no time (about a minute). The regular lines were very long (and looked like they would take a long time), so I thought this was definitely worth paying for. I'm glad I used it. I will probably use it again when I go to Vietnam. Thank you very much.


