From the moment we landed, staff were waiting and guided us through immigration smoothly and professionally. We skipped the long queues and cleared immigration in just a few minutes. The whole process was exactly as described, very well organized, and super easy to book. Staff were friendly, efficient, and made the arrival experience completely stress-free. Bought for about 750. We messaged them on WhatsApp, asking for the flight number (they also need the flight number when booking). They meet us at security with a sign, and within a minute we're put in line. It took no more than 5-10 minutes; without fast track, it takes about an hour. It's stuffy in the lounge. I definitely recommend it, especially if you don't have luggage.★

As soon as we arrived, a staff member guided us and we were taken straight to a dedicated line, so immigration was completed quickly. My mom was also delighted, saying she was thrilled to skip the lines and get out right away. It made our trip both enjoyable and relaxing, making it a perfect fit for a trip with parents. We got off the plane and quickly found a guy holding the sign. We walked to hime and he led us straight to the line. Line looked kinda long, but the one next to us was way longer 😂 We stood there like 15 mins, other line probably 1–2 hours, so everything was great
