I signed up for this tour because I was curious about Kyoto and Nara during my short Osaka itinerary, and it was the best value for the money, both in terms of time and cost. However, because it was the Lunar New Year holiday, Kyoto was incredibly crowded, and traffic congestion made the trip very precarious. Our guide, Seo Bong-geum, must have been struggling under these difficult circumstances, but she was truly grateful. She was so kind and caring, like a mother, that she didn't even have a seat on the bus for an hour, kindly explaining Japanese history, culture, and precautions. It was truly moving.★

Kyoto and Nara are must-see destinations on any Kansai trip. Every corner of Kyoto exudes elegance and Zen-like tranquility; in Nara, the ancient trees and gentle, bowing deer of Todai-ji Temple add a touch of dynamism to this ancient capital. It was a very enjoyable trip. Our guide, Xiao Tian, was very nice and provided excellent service, introducing attractions and offering suggestions for the itinerary. The other members of our group were also very punctual, and the atmosphere was wonderful.★

The tour guide contacted very promptly, the route of the itinerary was reasonable, the choice of attractions was also very representative, very classic, and there was a suitable time to play after the attractions. When traveling without wanting to plan ahead but still wanting to see the sights, signing up for a day tour is a hassle-free option. Based on Ctrip's reputation for reliable quality, I chose their day tour this time, and it was excellent. Our tour leader, Ms. Jiang, was incredibly helpful, from informing us of the meeting point before departure to providing directions at the end. She patiently explained each attraction, and I learned a great deal from her. A huge thank you to Ms. Jiang for treating us to delicious pudding at her own expense! My trip to Osaka was wonderful, and these memories will stay with me for a long time!★

The time was too short. We didn't arrive back in Osaka at the designated time (6:30 PM) as part of the program, and the driver and guide had already returned to Osaka at 5 PM! It was such a rush. We arrived at Kiyomizu-dera Temple at 12:35 PM and had to board the bus back to Osaka at 3:35 PM. We went to Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka, then to Gion, leaving us no time to visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple (3 hours with meals included). We also visited nearby areas, leaving us no time to visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple. A half-hour extra would have been perfect.
