How to use

We will contact you in advance via WeChat/WhatsApp/Email to confirm your travel arrangements.

meeting time: 09:00 (Subject to confirmation by staff. Staff will contact you in advance if there are any changes.)

meeting point: Meet near the entrance of Budget Mart supermarket (on the first day, you will be led by the dive shop staff; on the second and third days, you will arrive at the dive shop on your own at the time agreed upon with the instructor).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 09:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 09:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

Visitors with heart disease are not allowed to sign up, and please do not take a plane within 18 hours after diving!
