Pregnant women, seniors over 60 years old, customers with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, any chronic or acute diseases, or those who have undergone major surgery within the last 3 months are not recommended to participate in this itinerary. Those who conceal such conditions will be held responsible for the consequences. No refunds will be issued for the itinerary, and participants will need to arrange their own transportation back to the hotel.

2. This is a chartered cruise product. Please book in advance to arrange the route and itinerary. When booking, please provide details such as the number of passengers, route, and validity period to contact customer support for available time slots of suitable vessels. Please note that specific ship types cannot be guaranteed for chartered cruises. We appreciate your understanding.

3. The charter package generally only includes boat usage, drinking water, and basic snorkeling equipment. If the number of passengers exceeds the package limit, or if additional services such as pier-to-hotel transfers, meals, or attractions & tours are required, please consult our customer support for details and any applicable surcharges.

4. When going out to sea, carefully follow the safety instructions from the captain and crew. Wear safety equipment such as life jackets as required, adhere to the planned sailing route and schedule, and avoid altering the itinerary arbitrarily to prevent dangerous situations.

5. If the sea conditions are unsuitable due to weather or the ferry is confirmed to be inoperable due to mechanical failure, we will contact you to cancel or reschedule the trip. No additional compensation will be provided.

6. For chartered boat bookings, please arrive at the arrival pier at least 30 min in advance for preparation. Full charges will apply for late arrivals due to personal reasons. During the charter, additional fees will be charged for exceeding the validity period. Please take note.

7. Please check your personal belongings carefully and avoid carrying valuables to prevent unnecessary charges due to omissions. You will be responsible for any lost items.

8. During the chartered boat trip, please comply with environmental protection regulations, refrain from littering, and help protect the marine ecosystem.
