1. Infants under 1 year old, pregnant women, seniors over 60, or those with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar, any chronic or acute illness, or who have undergone major surgery within the last 3 months are not recommended to participate in this activity. Visitors who conceal such conditions will be held responsible for the consequences. No refunds will be issued, and participants must arrange their own transportation back to the hotel.

2. This is a chartered cruise product. Please book in advance to arrange the itinerary and route. When booking, please provide details such as the number of passengers, route, and validity period, then contact customer support to inquire about available slots for suitable vessels. Please note that specific ship types cannot be guaranteed for chartered cruises. We appreciate your understanding.

3. The charter package typically only includes boat usage, drinking water, and basic snorkeling equipment. If you exceed the maximum number of passengers allowed in the package, or require additional services such as a guide, hotel transfers, meals, or recreational activities, please consult our customer support for details and any applicable surcharges.

4. When going out to sea, carefully follow the safety instructions from the captain and crew. Wear safety equipment such as life jackets as required, adhere to the planned sailing route and schedule, avoid altering the itinerary arbitrarily, and prevent dangerous situations.

5. If the ferry cannot operate due to weather conditions or vessel malfunction confirmed by the ferry company, we will contact you to cancel or reschedule. No additional compensation will be provided.

6. After booking a private charter, please arrive at the arrival pier at least 30 minutes in advance to prepare. If you are late due to personal reasons, the full fee will be forfeited. During the charter, additional fees will apply for any overtime usage. Please take note.

7. Please check your personal belongings carefully and avoid carrying valuables to prevent unnecessary charges due to oversight. You are responsible for any lost items.

8. During the charter cruise, please comply with environmental protection regulations, do not litter, and help protect the marine ecosystem.

9. What you need to bring: spare clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, camera, swimwear, waterproof bag, sunscreen, change, etc.
